more snow enthusiasm and hellos to all!

 I think this was the 10000th time that Mike read this book in one day. Trey cannot wait for winter so that he can go out in the "(S)NOOO" and "wear jacket and hat and scarf" and "see snowman".  Later in the video, Abe is getting into a book...finally the child is getting interested in books!

Last night we went to Bern's and this is the post-picture opp...take note that we are very very tired and extremely full after our delicious 3 and 1/2 hour meal.  I love that place!  It's the best experience...the inside is plush red velvet, carved ivory staircases and gold plated everything(frames, chandeliers, busts of famous bern's family members). I definitely recommend it at least once in a lifetime. 

This morning we went and had pictures taken as a family.  Imagine the exasperation as the "photowrangler" tried to get the 2 wriggling boys to sit next to each other and even, *gulp* HUG!!!  Oh it was just too much for their little self-centered minds to handle.  If sitting still wasn't difficult enough, then top it off with tons of forbidden toy props to ignore during the "photoshoot".  Surprisingly, the girl salvaged a few really great shots.  She must be so tired by the end of the day!

Today, we are going to take Trey to see the movie, "CARS".  Should be fun.  I love summers!

Trey has started saying, "oww weyll"...which is "oh well".  "Oh well, I go to sleep now"....He likes that line a lot!  However, if you try to call his bluff and say, "oh, so you're ready to go nigh-night?" he will heartily say, "NO, NO, WAKE UP!" 

Abe has started to call his green sleeping blanket his "TEE" which is a direct send up to Trey calling his blue blanket a "KEY"(take away the BLAN from BLANKEY).  It's so sweet how much he loves his big bro.  I think the feeling is somewhat mutual on Trey's part.  When Mike took him to the gym the other day, Trey said as they were leaving, "oh no...where Abe???"  Mr. Protective.

In other development news, Trey has definitely entered into that the-answer-to-everything-I-don't-want-to-do-is-NO phase.  We are taking it a day at a time...or moment to moment...or tantrum to tantrum....decision to decision....oww weylll, you get my drift.
